Tao Mei, Alumni of 1996, Elected as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering
On June 13, local time, the official announced the election of fifty-four new Fellows into the Canadian Academy of Engineering. Graduated from the Department of Automation, Tao Mei, the Vice President and CTO of JD.COM, was on the list. Up to now, there are two alumnus graduated from our department have renowned the title of this kind. One is Dr. Huixing Gong, who is granted the Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences; the other is Dr. Tao Mei with the honor of Fellow of the Canadian Academy
